Check and PCard Register
The District 86 Board of Education approves District expenditures and purchases at their monthly Regular Action Meeting. The Board is presented with a register of checks for their approval for Board bills, interim purchases, legal bills and construction bills.
Beginning in July of 2016, the District instituted the use of purchasing cards to offset the cost of supplies and services through a purchasing card rebate. The Board also reviews and approves PCard purchases through a PCard Activity Report.
