• Overview of the Phased-In Approach for In-Person Instruction

    We have aligned our approach with the three levels of community transmission that are featured in the Return to School Framework published by the DuPage County Health Department (DCHD) - Minimal, Moderate and Substantial. With that said, we are also monitoring and assessing factors at the building and/or local level when making decisions about the administration of in-person instruction. These factors include, but are not limited to:

    • Case and outbreak activity
    • Specific trends and distribution of cases
    • Absenteeism among students and staff within a school
    • Alternate remote learning site options
    • Safety protocols
