Please fill out this form to cancel your summer school enrollment and receive a refund to your PushCoin account. Your refund will be deposited into your PushCoin account. You can leave these funds in your account to be used throughout the school year. However, if you want to receive a check reimbursement from the district from your PushCoin account, you need to request that action in PushCoin. We will not automatically be doing that.
