College of Dupage Alternative Program - Career Opportunities Achievement:
COACH is a 2-year (4 semesters), cohort program for adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities. COACH will focus on academics (reading/writing, math, and computer literacy), social and independence skills, and career exploration. COACH has been developed to provide post-transition students with additional educational training aimed at preparing them for meaningful employment. The tuition for COACH is $2,499 per semester.
Attached is the application; please print the application and have the applicant complete it by hand. If the applicant cannot write legibly, a typed application will be accepted. Please submit the completed application along with the following documents:
1) Formal diagnosis
2) Most recent IEP
3) Two letters of recommendation, at least one from a Transition/Vocational Coordinator or teacher
